This course is designed for students who are looking to improve strength and conditioning for sports and also students who want to learn how to exercise to stay healthy. Workouts each day are designed with a strength set and a circuit. The strength set is for students who are looking to improve on strength and power. The circuit is focused on body weight exercises that will help improve strength and endurance. In all workouts, proper form and technique is strongly emphasized.
