BA in Theater Arts with a minor in Music

Jr. High Choir/Drama

I’m Jordan Laemmlen and I am honored to be educating children in the field of music and theatre! Music is a huge part of our everyday lives, and it is my hope to point kids to music that honors and glorifies Christ! It has been such a joy already worshiping with them, and imparting knowledge to them that I received from an upstanding university. I attended Vanguard University of Southern California where I majored in Theatre Arts and minored in Music. It is incredible to see how God has allowed this opportunity for me to use both my major and minor to further His kingdom and minister to children! I am an alumni of Immanuel, so this is truly like coming home. The family community is contagious and had such a powerful impact on my life as well as countless others. It is a privilege to now be imparting knowledge and wisdom at a place that made me into the man I am today. I love taking time to exercise, read, swim by the beach, or hike in the mountains. Anything that keeps me active and appreciative of God’s beautiful love for us.

Proverbs 3:26, “For the Lord will be your confidence, and will keep your foot from being snared.” In a world that tries to shake our faith, I’m thankful that we have the Lord who is our confidence when times get tough, and who keeps our faith on solid ground.
